Eating Healthier

Hello folks,  often it seems just too hard to think about changing your eating habits after a lifetime of focusing on the same types of often unhealthy options.  There is no excuse any more, we now know that some of these foods are in fact the ones that are creating the health crisis we are in the midst of.   One of the easiest ways to start the transition is to start with healthy substitutes for the foods that we are used to eating.

How many times have you hit the pizza shop or made your own pizza topped with ham, cheese, salami and a number of other processed and questionable products, addictive aren’t they? Tonight I came home to find that 2 of my daughters had prepared a vegetarian alternative. ( thanks guys 🙂 The mixture of flavours was mouth watering and the pizza guilt free, healthy and full  of nutrients. Give me one of these everyday over the fat soaked alternative.  My body will thank me for it, I am sure 🙂
